This is HallOfWeen.com.  This site's purpose is to spread good information about Halloween (particularly costumes) to you.  We make a commision from some of the links we send.  Some we don't.  We basically decide the links on the site by whether or not it is a "cool" link.  Secondly, we see if there is some sort of affiliate program.  If there is we sign up for it.  If not, oh well, the amount of money we make here is so miniscule it doesn't really matter to us any way.
